At Equity Case, you pay only for the services you use. There are no mandatory monthly subscriptions, no hidden charges, and no long-term commitments. Simply add funds to your Equity Case Wallet and use them for backtesting, portfolio deployment, and portfolio rebalancing.

Pay Per Backtest
Backtesting charges are applied per successful execution. Charges apply only when a backtest is successfully completed.

Deployment Charges
A Per Annum deployment charge is applicable when a strategy is converted into a live portfolio. This charge is based on the Assets Under Management (AUM) at the time of deployment and subsequent renewal.

Rebalancing Fees
Rebalancing charges are calculated as a percentage of the total turnover generated during each rebalance event.

Example
If Total Turnover for a rebalance = ₹1,00,000, the rebalancing charge = 0.10% x ₹1,00,000 = 100 credits.
Since 100 credits is within the 25 credits minimum and 250 credits maximum, the charge applied is 100 credits.
Large Portfolio Policy
Portfolios exceeding ₹50 lakh (₹50,00,000) in total AUM may require additional review before deployment.
Equity Case reserves the right to introduce separate pricing structures for larger portfolios in the future. Users with large portfolios will be notified in advance of any applicable pricing changes.
Taxes & Government Levies
All charges displayed on the platform are exclusive of GST, government levies, and other applicable taxes. Taxes shall be charged additionally as per applicable laws at the time of transaction.
Refund Policy
Wallet credits once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable under the following conditions:
Conditions
- Unused wallet balances remain available for future services unless otherwise specified
- Wallet credits cannot be transferred to another user account
- Wallet credits cannot be redeemed for cash
- In the event of account closure, unused wallet credits are forfeited unless required otherwise by applicable law
Exception
Refunds on wallet credits may be considered in cases of duplicate payment or verified technical error by Equity Case. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
Pricing Revision Policy
Equity Case reserves the right to revise the following at any time:
- Wallet pack amounts and top-up denominations
- Backtesting charges and eligible date ranges
- Portfolio deployment charges and AUM thresholds
- Rebalancing charge rates, minimum, and maximum caps
- Portfolio eligibility criteria for large AUM portfolios
Users will be notified via email and in-app notification before any material pricing changes become effective. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any pricing revision constitutes acceptance of the revised charges.
